What is your return policy?
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery, and are available for full-priced items only. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-14 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a voucher. Items purchased through vouchers, Tabby, or Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as vouchers.
EXCHANGES: You can exchange your item but only for a size change. Exchanging one item for a different one is unfortunately not possible

Q: Do returns cost anything
A: Returns are completely free. However, please note returns are only available on full-priced items.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns' quality approval. Card refunds take 5-14 working days. Cash on Delivery payments are refunded immediately as vouchers only.
Q: Can I return multiple orders at the same time?
A: No, items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages.

Q: Can I exchange an item instead of return?
A: Yes, you can exchange your item but only for a size change. Exchanging one item for a different one is unfortunately not possible.

Q: I had paid cash on delivery and returned my order, can I get the cash back?
A: No, you will receive the total value in the form of a voucher which can be used on our website for a new order, with a validity of 6 months.
